How to get started with a referral:

1. Book a Double Appointment: Visit your GP and request a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP). It is often helpful to book a longer “double” appointment to allow enough time for this assessment.

2. Request a Referral Letter: In addition to the MHCP, your doctor must provide a referral letter addressed to [Psychologist Name].

3. Send Your Documents: Once you have both your MHCP and your referral letter, please email them to our admin team at: [Insert Admin Email Address].

4. Confirmation: Once we receive and process your documents, our admin team will contact you to finalise your intake and confirm your first appointment.

Note: Your referral letter must be dated on or before the day of your first session to be eligible for Medicare rebates.
